Overview
Employees already use AI tools, often without a framework. This two-day program helps compliance officers, CIOs, DPOs and executives take back control: diagnose real uses (including "shadow AI"), define roles and decision bodies, write a usage charter and link the approach with GDPR and security. Participants leave with an AI charter, a governance plan and tracking indicators tailored to their organization.
